General

Please take into consideration that there is a minimum 2-3 day processing time for each order (not including weekends) when placing your order.

A signature/image will be required on receipt of your parcel as this service is tracked.

Customers must make arrangements to ensure parcels can be received; Royal Mail will usually leave a collection card if unable to deliver & will return the parcel back to us if uncollected within 14 working days.

We do not accept responsibility or refund parcels that are sent back to us without collection or receipt; customers will be responsible for paying return postage charges.

Delivery Rates

Standard delivery Royal Mail 2nd class tracked (3-5 working days) upto 2KG : £4.80

Royal Mail 1st Class tracked (1-3 working days) upto 2KG: £5.65

Royal Mail Medium Parcel 2nd class signed for (3-5 working days) upto 10KG: £8.15

Mixed Cart P&P  (£9.00) for those who wish to purchase both in stock & preorder items & cannot wait until the preorder item(s) arrive (If this P&P option is not selected we will post out your order when all components of your order are in stock & ready to post to you)

Free delivery

When £80 or more is spent in one transaction within UK mainland free standard delivery will be applied, this will be applied automatically at checkout .

Free delivery is non-refundable and will be deducted from the order value if all items of an order are returned where free delivery has been applied on the original order.

Lost/Damaged Parcels

Once orders are dispatched  Royal Mail assumes responsibility for delivery. Lost or damaged Parcels must be resolved with Royal Mail l directly. We are happy to provide information if required.

It is essential that all postage and packaging in its original form is retained to make a claim.

Please note that the Royal Mail claims process is very long and Royal Mail do not classify a package as lost unless it has been more than 15 working days.

Our usual dispatch days are Monday & Wednesday, however where possible we will dispatch at the nearest opportunity.
