UK Delivery

Standard Delivery

As of 25th March 2015 our standard delivery rate is £4.10 2nd class signed via Royal Mail for parcels upto 1kg taking between 3-5 days but in some cases may be delayed upto 10-14 days depending on Royal Mail. 

Shipping Schedule

As of September 2016 we now only ship out once a week on a Monday; Orders have to be placed by Sunday 3pm to be posted on Monday.

Other delivery options include:

Royal Mail First Class Signed for Takes between 1-3 days to reach you once your order has been processed & dispatched.

Royal Mail Special next day delivery by 1pm for which we require 24 hours notice minimum to process & prepare your order if we can accommodate the request.

Mixed Cart P&P for those who wish to purchase both in stock & preorder items & cannot wait until the preorder item(s) arrive (If this P&P option is not selected we will post out your order when all components of your order are in stock & ready to post to you)

General

Please take into consideration that there is a minimum 2-3 day processing time & that we will normally only post out on Monday, should you require your parcel sooner we require at least 48 hours notice.

A signature will be required on receipt of your parcel as we only post using the signed for service. You must make arrangements to ensure that your parcel can be received and signed for; Royal Mail will usually leave a collection card if they are unable to deliver & will send the item back to us if it has not been collected within 14 days. We do not accept responsibility or refund parcels that are sent back to us; you will be responsible for paying return postage charges to send the items back to you.


Significantly Large Orders

For orders weighing 2KG or more p&p will vary and we will contact you to give you an exact price. Please place your order as usual and we will contact you via email

Lost/Damaged Parcels

Once we post out your items the responsibility of getting the parcel to you then lies with Royal Mail.

We do not take accountability for lost or damaged Parcels and this must be resolved with royal mail.

It is essential that you keep all postage and packaging in its original form in order to make a claim; without this you will be unable to make a claim for compensation. 

In exceptional cases we may take up the task of filing a complaint to royal mail in which case once we receive compensation we may then offer you a refund however please note that this is a very long process and royal mail do not class a package as lost unless it has been more than 15 days so it is only after 15 days that we may make a claim.
