Eid Al Adha Cut off 2026

Our last date for Eid orders is Friday 22nd May.

Orders placed after this date will be dispatched on Tuesday 26th May but with no guarantee on Eid delivery. Please note that Monday is a bank holiday ans delivery carriers work independently of us. We will not accept refunds for orders placed beyond our Eid cut off that are not delivered in time for Eid, this is at customer risk.

To ensure your order reaches you before Eid please ensure you select tracked 24 postage otherwise tracked 48 will be utilised. Where shipping is included, the shipping will be specified. 

Tracking Parcels 

• Please utilise your tracking number sent with your dispatch email and track via the Royal Mail website.
• We are not responsible for actual delivery timeframes as this responsibility lies with the carrier although we provide you with estimated timeframes from the carrier at checkout.
• We will not respond to emails on parcel whereabouts where parcels can be tracked via Royal Mail.

Returns/Refunds/Exchange 

• Please read our FAQ for terms of sale and returns, refunds or exchange  and product description.
• To contact us email enquiries@hiddengemshijabs.co.uk within seven working days of receipt of your delivery.
  
• Do not return parcels without authorisation from us.

Social Media and Email enquiries 

• All enquiries should be via email enquiries@hiddengemshijabs.co.uk or via our website contact form, we will not respond to order enquiries via social media as out inboxes are not always monitored.
