Store closure August 2025

We are closed from Friday 1st August 2025 to 31st August 2025.

Our website will be closed and we will not be taking orders during this time although you may still browse our products and sign up to be alerted when we reopen.

Orders placed before 1st August 2025 will be dispatched as usual.

Tracking Parcels

Please utilise your tracking number sent with your dispatch email and track via the Royal Mail website.
We are not responsible for actual delivery timeframes as this responsibility lies with the carrier although we provide you with estimated timeframes from the carrier at checkout.
We will not respond to emails on parcel whereabouts where parcels can be tracked via Royal Mail.

Returns/Refunds

Email enquiries@hiddengemshijabs.co.uk as per process within seven working days of receipt of your delivery.
You will be provided with authorisation and return instructions once we reopen.
Please note our closure will not affect/impact your return window, this will be accounted for.
Do not return parcels without authorisation from us.

Social Media and Email enquiries

We will not be responding to direct messages on our social media accounts during our closure.
