Eid Al Fitr Cut off 2026

Our last date for Eid orders is Sunday 15th March 2026.

Orders placed after this will be dispatched but with no guarantee on Eid delivery as delivery carriers work independently of us. We will not accept refunds for orders placed beyond our Eid cut off that are not delivered in time for Eid, this is at customer risk.

To ensure your order reaches you before Eid please ensure you select tracked 24 postage otherwise tracked 48 will be utilised.

Tracking Parcels 

• Please utilise your tracking number sent with your dispatch email and track via the Royal Mail website.
• We are not responsible for actual delivery timeframes as this responsibility lies with the carrier although we provide you with estimated timeframes from the carrier at checkout.
• We will not respond to emails on parcel whereabouts where parcels can be tracked via Royal Mail.

Returns/Refunds/Exchange 

• Please read our FAQ for terms of sale and returns, refunds or exchange 
• Email enquiries@hiddengemshijabs.co.uk as per process within seven working days of receipt of your delivery.
• You will be provided with authorisation and return instructions once.
• Do not return parcels without authorisation from us.
